I can tell u the solution that is


1) download Spybot (is spy ware and mare ware software) from


http://www.filehippo.com in Anti virus section after downloading


run it scan and immunize it If after this all the computer does this same thing then recover your window because these type of virus goes into computer and sit into computer registry so we have to recover the window


2) after recovering your window then again install spybot software, Kaspersky anti virus software


3) For good protection when browsing Internet download Google And yahoo tool bar (with Yahoo Anti spy)


4) If then it doesnt work So u have to install new window
