I am looking to gather certain links from about 3000 emails in one gmail account, but the only way I know of is to click on them individually. Is there a program or tool that can gather the links for me?

If you are using Firefox they have an Add on called iMacro. It records what your mouse does and replicates it. You can use it for that im guessing.
