Linking exchange server to gmail?

My company uses Microsoft Small Business Server, so Outlook Online is the primary email provider. I believe this uses Exchange Server. I'm trying to link this acct to my gmail one, but I'm unsure how to do so. Is it possible, if so, how? If not, are there any work-arounds other than setting up Outlook to auto-forward a copy to my gmail?

If the company allowes pop3 access to your exchange e-mail you could use that in gmail to get the e-mail in your gmail box.
