Could someone please tell me how to get the same effect as doing %26lt;a href="answers.yahoo.com"%26gt;Click here%26lt;/a%26gt;, that is, the words "Click here" which you can click and it takes you to that address, in hotmail, and viewable in gmail. I'm using hotmail to send to a gmail account.

When you are creating a new email, there should be an icon on the same row as Bold, Italic and everything that looks like a picture of the world - when you hover over it with the mouse, it will say "Insert link".
Wherever you want your link, just highlight the text and then click this icon and fill in the web address. Simple as that :)
